i have ordered a roti maker worth rs.1099 order no AB2185985 ON 10TH April and yesterday on 21st april it has been delivered but when i opened the parcel i find the product is broken i called to the customer care of askmebazzar they told me that they raised the complain and i will get a mail within 24hrs but still now i didn't receive any mail from their site i want my product will be returned and give me my money back otherwise i will file a case in the consumer court
