[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — I am seller - We received damaged product from Logistic partners

Hello,

We are seller on Ashmebazaar, com portal since last 7 month.

We receive two orders one is before 4 month ago and second one is before 2 month ago.

Both order's packing and materiel was sent by us on very good condition. but it was damaged by Logistic partners (ecom) both time same logistic partners had damaged our product and I am 100 % sure the outside condition is very bad then how can user can accept the orders.

We had requested lots of times and wasted our mobile balance since last 4 months but still no resolution. everytime they said your case is in high priority and our concern will contact you in 3 days.. since no one came with us with resolution.

I have talked with :

2. anoop.[protected]@askmebazaar.com (We have sent him to original manifest by courier)
3. Neha.[protected]@askmebazaar.com
4. Priti.[protected]@askmebazaar.com

they all are member of concern team what I have mentioned above while support team is telling me that our concern team is looking on high priority.

My seller support ticket number is :- 114752 (included both products claim)

I hope this will help us to resolve our pending issues.

Please look into high priority.

We have written our complaint many times on this. they said we will resolve it in 3 days but I don't know when your 3 days will be finished... and how they count 3 days ... it's pending since last 4 months.
