[Resolved] Askmebazaar — made a online payment and asked to do cash on delievery as well | |||
i order a power bank order no AB3542881, on 13th of june2015 and on same day i made a online payment, after a courier boy came with a product to deliver he ask me to do payment as the product is on cash on delivery, i called up costumer service center on [protected] the executive to me that the payment is made by me as online online payment but we didn't made a payment to the seller for some reasons so you do the payment to the courier person and get your product, so this is the way a costumer service is done and to ask me to do a double payment after i regret the offer given by customer executive he told me to cancel your order and refund will be given after 20 days. This is clearly cheating made by this company, i want my refund back, or else a necessary legal action would be taken against you. Was this information helpful? | |||
