[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Malfunctioning product delivery & non refund of money

I purchased headphone (Silco Royal Portable Stereo Ear Phone) under order no. AB915032 &QRC no. 110559. The item delivered is malfunctioning. We complained on toll free customer care no. Two n half month have passed. No action has been taken by this "askmebazar" company. Neither changing the article nor refunding the money.
