I had bought a power bank which was a fake one and the trouble I faced to get a return pick up is explained in detail few days back in this forum. Before I atleast had the product with me but now the product is returned but no refund provided. Tele executives told me I would get money refund in 7 working days but now it's almost a month after the return pick up is done. Last week when I called your executive cancelled my original complaint number and took new one, why are they closing old complaint and giving new complaint number when old is still open. Please look on to this issue and do the needful.
