Askmebazaar — Money refund delay

I had bought a power bank which was a fake one and the trouble I faced to get a return pick up is explained in detail few days back in this forum. Before I atleast had the product with me but now the product is returned but no refund provided. Tele executives told me I would get money refund in 7 working days but now it's almost a month after the return pick up is done. Last week when I called your executive cancelled my original complaint number and took new one, why are they closing old complaint and giving new complaint number when old is still open.
