[Resolved] Askmebazaar — My Order No. DGA2571612 (Sony 10000MH Power Bank) | |||
Dear All, I had ordered for sony 10000MH Power Bank on 26th of April 2015. When I enquired on 30th to know the status about my order, I got an information that it will get delivered tomorrow or on 2nd May as the product has reached in my city. On 2nd May I called to know the status of the same, I came to know that my product will get delivered till 5th as per 10 days committment of delivery. As I didn't receive the same, again I called to customer care. I came to know that it will get delivred on 7th till 12 noon. But again I failed to get delivery. Now when I called to know about my ordered product, I came to know that now it has gone to complaint department as within 10 days I haven't received the product. I am now helpless as well clueless about my placed order. Was this information helpful? | |||

At least after 3 days you replied my query. But sorry to say that I haven't received any single call (Even missed call) from your end to give feedback for my complaint. Today is 17th of May whereas I had ordered on 26th of April.
Its more than 21 days and I am still awaiting for my order status. Is this a regular practice of your organisation with customer's?
Or one you get money, you forget your customer whereas forcibly he should consider that whatever he spent is as donation to your organisation?
