[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Neither Product received nor Refund | |||
I ordered a Power Bank with order no. AB2618562 on 28th April and was told, I would receive my product within 10 working days(08/05/15). I called the customer service number([protected]) on 7th May, inquiring about my product and was told that the product had already been delivered on 5th May. I raised a complaint for this and was arranged a call back from the backened team, I was assured that I would get me product by next 10 working days, I waited for the days and as usual I did not got my product and when I called about my product, and this time was told to wait for one more week, I again waited for my product. And finally after waiting after 17 days, I called again about my product and was told that that they have raised a complaint for the refund and was asked to wait for 10 working days for the refund that is upto 14th June. I did not got my product nor my refund, extremely pathetic service. Lost around Rs.500 for making call to the customer service as was asked to wait for number of times. Really pathetic customer service and too that very bad online shopping website. First and last purchase from Askme bazzar.com Was this information helpful? | |||
