[Resolved] Askmebazaar — No refund after 45 days of complaint | |||
I purchased one powerbank and one earphone from askmebazar.com order number of which are AB1400985 and AB1535646 respectively placed on 13th and 7th March 2015 respectively. Both the products were delivered to me around 23rd March and I found out that both were duplicate and I registered a complaint in their customer service department . Complaint numbers are QRC208053 and QRC208075. Among both these products, they called reverse delivery and took it back, Now they are not paying me anything. Its been over a month now. I have called them many times in this duration and they have been giving me false commitments. Was this information helpful? | |||
