[Resolved] Askmebazaar — no refund privided yet yet making false promise again and again | |||
I have purchased a powerbank from ask me bazaar at the time of purchase itself i asked weather the product there are selling is original or not they told me that its a genuine product but when i received the product it was not original and i complaint against it at the time i got the product but since then its almost so many days the customer care is telling me that they have processed the refund and it will reflect back to my bank account but that is not the case as i have not got the refund yet but their agents are telling me just to wait even when i demand for the supervisor to come on the call they don't attend the call saying that they are busy in a meeting or busy on some other call i want someone to take strict action this company who is making only false commitment to their cust Was this information helpful? | |||
