Sir, Having seen the ad in the site, I placed order for 01 set of LED bulb for Rs 295 on 6 Jun 15 vide above Order number and the money was also deducted from my account. When I paid the amount at the time of placing the order I had received the message that my item would be supplied from Lexicon store against Order no. AB3417433. Where as, till now, I have not received the item. The customer care number given by the company is also not responding. Kindly look into this to deliver my item in time. When contacted the complaint cell, I was informed that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned person. Till date, i.e. 01 Aug 15, I have not received the item. Please initiate action to refund my amount. Or else, I would be forced to launch a campaign against these bogus companies recommended by Askme bazar.
