[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Not delivery of order number AB4952044 | |||
Sir i booked order of shoes by order number AB4952044 on dated 2/09/15 they told me to deliver the article within 10 working days, also i had paid the cost rs 799 for that article on same date 02/09/15.Today when i made call to customer care on [protected] there i contacted with some kiran kumar executive at about 1952hrs on 15/09/15 he asked(kya aapko abhi tak delivery nahi hui h)i said thatswhy i made call to u, then he asked me to call me again tommorrow, as i hv already made call them two times for the same purpose, is it my duty to track my article myself as i hv already paid in advance, is it the service they providing to us in this era of competion, if they can not forward our complaint why they are sitting there as customer executive, just trained them first that how they hv to react with customer and their duties.hope u will understand the matter and look into the matter also, deliver the order as soon as possible, contact no-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
