Askmebazaar — Not refunding money

I ordered a headphone 3 months ago but I got defected peace. I had returned that product two months ago but still waiting for refund. From last couple of days, they are saying they have credited amount in my account (big liar). Though I sent my bank statement to them but they are not responding.
