[Resolved] Askmebazaar Online Shopping — Delivered different product | |||
A sony 10000mAh power bank ordered (AB2566717) from askmebazaar online shopping on 26 Apr 2015. After several calls and follow up Today I received the courier and when opened the box the product is different which is JBL power bank and the product is damaged as well. When I asked to the customer care the executive said he is not aware of the product sent and assured the complaint will register for refunding not for replacing as per their policy. The team will contact within 07 days and reverse pick up the product in another 03 days and after that the money will be credited in my bank account after 10 to 12 days.
