Complaint marked as Resolved I escalated this to multiple senior executives in askme.com and they helped me get my credit. Basically, the helpline and the backoffice was unable to do anything and each time they called, they kept giving me 7-10biz days timeline for credit, kept closing my existing complaint and opening new ones and this went on for over 15days.
