I have ordered one Samsung 2600 mAh power bank on 14/03/2015. Although I received the same on 18/03/2015 but it is not working properly Further, I have been trying to place a complaint against the product I received. It got registered wide QRC199600. Please suggest what are all the details you people want? Every time I call they come up with new requirement and I have to check and call back. And please speed up the process to complaint
