[Resolved] Askmebazaar — order not delivered and payment already made through online mode(DEBIT Card), not refunding the money also

I booked and paid for the product oxygen 12" rechargeable fan with led light of Rs.1699 and it has not been delivered within the estimated date of delivery..and all the customer care representatives are giving me fraud and fake commitments that it will get delivered as soon as possible and are saying that i have forwarded this to my senior executive of Operations department and they will be calling you within 1 hour.They say this everytime when i Call, and even now also. My order id is AB2223661. It has been over 1 month 1 week that not a single confirmation has been received or they bothered to resolve this problem. Plz resolve this problem
