[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Payment claimed against already paid item at the time of delivery | |||
I had made payment of Rs. 737.00 against order no. AB1841525 at the time of booking on 27.03.2015. But at the time of delivery, is was shown as COD. After communication with customer care they confirmed that payment have already been made against the order, but as it was shown as COD, they advised to make payment to the delivery man, which would be reimbursed afterwards. As I was not convinced by such kind of proposal, they again suggested me to cancel the order and the paid money will be reimbursed to me. I accepted the suggestion. Now arrange to reimburse the money at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
