Dear sir,
I purchased a powerbank from Askme and the product was found to be fake, which i returned on the assurance that my Credit will be refunded, but still there is no refund . I have called many times and the customer care representative says it will be refunded in two or three days, i am having the audio recorded of all the chats i have, some times they say they have already paid me, but after that they themselves confirmed that payment is still pending . Sir its a request to please help me in this matter, they must be penalised for this delay .I can provide u with all the recordings of the customer care representatives . in which they have making me fool by just postponing the estimate refund date.
