[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Power Bank-Product Defective

i received the power bank two days ago. The box in whihch it came was broken and when i shake the power bank some part is broken and when i tried to charge my phone. the battery of power bank lows down. very unhappy with the product.
When i called customer service they told me that we cannot provide a replacement.
