Dear Sir/Madam, Inspite of repeated mail from my side there is no response. This is totally ridiculous. All the three products supplied by are not in working condition. Secondly, you phone representative is no attending fair. Thirdly, as per the attached return, refund and cancellation policy, you are bound to refund me the amount for the same since I had intimated (both through Phone as well as through email) to you within 24 hrs of reaching the product (product reached on 22nd May, 2015).
