[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Product cancellation and refund | |||||
Dear Sir/Mam I had placed a order(Asus Zenfone Power Bank) on askmebazar on 06.11.05 around 09:45 a.m. and also advanced paid to them. After half n hour I called askmebazar customer care to cancel my product and refund my payment there executive said product will cancel and cancellation intimation email and sms will provide within 4 hours and your payment will reversed within 7 working days. Still now i haven't received any email and sms from their site. When i called today about my cancellation now there executive said you had not request any cancellation now product will not canceled, also they reply you will only cancel your product after our courier reached to you then you can cancel (it also takes 10 working days to reach the product), when i requested (2 times on 07.11.15) them talk to their senior executive (both time) they had not available . Today also i had emailed them about this they only reply(on 07.11.15 @ 12.52 p.m) we will contact you soon. Please cancelled my product and refund my money as soon as possible.
