[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Product defect- Sending duplicates with the name of big brands | |||
Dear Team, I have a very bad experience with Askme bazaar.com product. My order ID was AB3467934, order for HTC Charger. It was very embarrassing that you people are also doing fraud with your products. You have mention the htc charger on your website and the product was the worst than local charger. I have paid the amount of 299.00 however, this is very simple for your customer care executive Mr. Rajeev to say that you will refund the amount after 20 days. It means I need to wait more than 20 days for my own amount. The pathetic services by you guys. 1.) Order delivered on 13th day (Out of your TAT Time) 2.) you are doing fraud by the name of big companies like HTC 3.) Refund procedure is also very pathetic.
