[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Product not delivered (Worst response from customer care) | |||||
I'm from Chennai. Order ID: AB9696443, Order placed on Feb 15 2016. NO tracking details were provide till 24th Feb. Promised delivery date was 29th Feb. But the Product is still in Hyderabad. Customer care personnel SUJITH says, If I dont receive the product by today, they will take another 7 WORKING DAYS to solve this issue. Most Horrible & atrocious response. I don;t think this issue will properly be escalated & handled by them. I wanted to file a complaint against ASK ME BAZAAR.com If you guys could provide me some higher officials contact number, it would b helpful. I'm tired of contacting[protected].
