[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — Product not working propourly

I have purchased a power bank from your site of Order ID: AB3478704 which is delivered to me on 18.5.16 after I receive it I charge the device it is getting charge but it is not giving charge to the phone . help me to replace the product so that I can get the good product . and inform me the process of sending the product to your store.
