Askmebazaar — Product Ordered on 22nd March and still not received as of 9th April | |||
Hello Team, I ordered 2 power banks on 22/03/2015 which I have not received yet as of 9/04/2015 (order number: AB1741100 & AB1741035). I called up the customer care number[protected] times and every representative says that the product would be delivered tomorrow which never happened. Today as of 9/04/2015, I again spoke with someone named Anjali from customer care on same number and she said that she raised a complaint for me to which the concerned team would contact me in 7 days. I requested her to transfer my call to someone superior (Manager or any Lead) to which she simply denied stating everyone is in meeting and even they will give the same information. I insisted several times to connect me to speak with anyone from managerial level, but she did not do it and finally disconnected the call. This is a Pathetic service from AskMeBazaar. I think this is my first and last order from AskMeBazaar. After going through the complaint forum I am scared now that the product which will be delivered (if I am lucky enough) then it would function as expected.
