[Resolved] Askmebazaar — product was defective and already used(open) ,i need a refund and return of product.

I had ordered a mp3 player from askmebazaar.com worth rs 299 through cash on delivery on april 12 2015.product name-Digital MP3 Player With LCD Display & LED Torch, Price-rs299, delivery date-16 april 2015.when i got the product it was already open from side and it appeared to be a used product, the keys of the mp3 were not functioning properly and it was continuously hanging.My order number is AB2217919.Kindly send your delivery man for return and please refund my money.I have already spoken to your consumer care and from there i got this complain number-qrc340716.This message is to tell the company to give me my refund as soon as possible, if they expect us to continue shopping through askmebazaar.com.
