I requested them to arrange a return pickup for a damaged item and this is how they response to my email to support, Helpdesk I called your support team, they said they will arrange a return pickup within 10-13 days, i even got a msg from askmebazaar stating the same. I will not pay to return the item, arrange a return pickup ASAP or i'll complaint about your service to consumer court, have you seen the images i attached with the ticket? Is that the way you do business by selling such crap, damaged scarp product. i am very upset with your service and will never do business with you. I WILL NOT PAY TO RETURN, ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP.
