[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Received damaged product, Want to refund the amount. | |||
My order ID number is AB2518230, which has received yesterday(4 May 2015) in damaged condition. I have complaint to customer care number [protected] and they have registered my complaint and told me they will refund my money to my bank account & our customer care will contact you shortly.But not a single called from askmebazar. Today I am trying to call [protected] on the number but the customer care not response properly. It's a very bad to no one take a responsibility to there sold out product. My order ID number is AB2518230 and as you said our sales person will contact you.But still no one called me.This type of your bad service and this is last time my comment if you are not contact me or not refund the amount then I will definitely take major action.Because same kind of issues are faced by other your customer and they have also no refund or no positive input from your site.
