[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — Refund is not done even after one month of sending product back order no: AB2526191 Complaint no: QRC428825 Dt 28/4/15

Hi, I purchased a product (Samsung 9000mah Power Bank) product Id AB2526191, which was delivered to me on 28th Apr 2015, .same day i requested for resending the product since the quality was poor charging was happening only for 10% also it was just mentioned that it is from samsung but product was not at all looking like it was from samsung. At the end of April the courier guy came and took my shipment back and gave me pickup receipt. after 5 days i called ask me bazaar and raised a concern with again after a week raised another concern. every time i call the executive will say the same answer "refund is initiated it will be done in one week."its already more than a 15 days and money has not yet deposited but they have collected A/c numbers long back.
