ordered a Sony 10000mAh power bank on 22nd April 2015 and i got wrong product which is MI power bank. I already paid and the payment was done by cash on delivery. I paid, Rs. 780/-. and I received. from that day itself i registered a complaint on ur customer care service and my complaint reference number is 'AB2507535'. and after 25 days I return the product to your staff and also receive the pickup receipt no[protected]. But still now I m not revieve refund from you, I informed customer care executives and supervisors about this and from last 1 month, i m getting answers from all of them as they will contact me within 24 hrs or the amount will refund within a week, . now i m fed up. this is my last attempt to deal this from your side. I am not going to call any one of you again. I m proceeding my legal procedures to stop this. i will register this case. Thanks for this.. Kesavan [protected]
