DEAR SIR I PURCHASED POWER BANK FOR 11/01/2015 VIA ORDER NO-AB810085WHICH WAS PAID BY INTERNET BANKING AND THE SAME WAS CANCELLED BY THEM DUE TO NON-AVAILABLITY OF STOCK ON THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS INFORMED BY THEM VIA SMS EHICH ASSURED ME THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDE WIYHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS.STILL I AM NOT RECEIVED REFUND. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL
