[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Refund of wrong product not recieved | |||
I ordered a sony powerbank having capacity 10000mah at price of 679Rs.(Order No. "DGA2516292") & dispatched with wrong product. I registered complaint against wrong product on very same date 27th Apr'15 & returned product on 01/May/15 & askmebazaar helpline executives responded that i'll get my refund back within 10-12 working days, its already over a month past away but i didn't get my money back into my account. Meanwhile i call a lot of times to askmebazaar representatives for followup for refund, they all replied all the times in a same manner " sorry for inconvenience & now i am forwarding your request to our backend team, they will call you for sure within 48hours" But i even not got a single call from askmebazaar regarding my complaint. I'd wasted about 250-300 Rs. on calling askmebazzar helpline no.[protected] @ 1.5Rs/Minutes. They already bypassed their defined TAT duration for refund of wrong product as well as wasted a lot of time & money on calling askmebazaar representatives. Request to please take some necessary & strict actions on askmebazaar to stop torching the customers & get their & mine refund back along with these extra charges & time i wasted on calling them.
