[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Repayment not received. | |||
This is regarding order no : AB3279418 I paid online for the order and the order was delivered to me but the delivery guy collected the same amount from my mom too. So it is like paying twice for 1 order. Now, i lodged a complaint with the customer care executive (complaint no : qrc[protected], the customer executive told that i will get my refund before 18th June. Now, today it is 22nd and i haven't received my payment yet. On calling i get an answer that you will receive within next 7 days. Now this is cheating and a strict action needs to be taken on this so that customers do not suffer and moreover they do not fall in a trap. Was this information helpful? | |||
