Askmebazaar — replacement of my combo pack

after repeated complaints regarding replcement of my order no ftf1101820 they (askmebazaar) did not responded to my complaint. I have complaint on the given no. of the company but the staff of the company cut the telephone. I have wasted almost 30 Rs. on mobile phone. they sent a automatic generated email on my mail id that they tried to contacted me but my telephone was out of reach. It can be checked by my mobile bill that I have received and made call on the said day and my mobile no was activated during the day. I am completely harrassed by the company and their customer care executives. please help me.
