Hi,
I am venkata Ramjee. Gadde, I have done the transaction 699/- (Order ID: AB1053096) for buying power bank on Ask Me Bazaar. After completing all money transactions it's shown error message shown (Attached). I had raised a complaint and the complaint number is "QRC110542". Last 40 days i am calling and mailing as a daily basis to the customer support, but not giving back my money. They are simply telling that the support team will call back to you but no one is calling, not giving back my money.
If i am asking them for escalating to the higher management also they are not transferring the call.
Kindly help me on this.
