i had ordered samsung 2600mAh power bank on 07/03/2015 and got delivery on 14/03/2015 since it was weekend i was out of station my parents received the order i opened it on Monday n found it is not working i called customer care many a times but my call was not connecting then today luckily it got connected but they said complaint can not be registered as its more than 48hrs.so i request u to find a solution for this at the earliest either change the product or let me buy some other product worth of 299rs.
