[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Stone received in place of headphone

I have ordered SONY headphone MDR-XB400 worth Rs. 449 on 3/05/2015. Details are as belowe: Order No. AB2694385 Product Name: Sony MDR XB400 High poer Magnet Stereo Headphones. Register phone no. [protected] I have received my shipment on 11/05/2015. After paying 450 Rs to delivery boy, I have opened my shipment. I have received "2 STONES" instead of Headphone wrapped in headphone box. Headphone was not received by me. Kindly note my complain. and Please help me regaring my issue. Shruti Shah [protected] Vadodara

Hello Sir,

Here is my invoice of my order. As I have com paint regarding this in 11th may, still no reply received from ask me bazaar.

I have called many times I.E. every alternate day. But no one has came for reverse pick up.. They are just promising me to resolve my complain within 48 hours, still no updated received from there side. Its been a month. I have spent aprox double my mobile bill due to this ask me bazzar... And still there is no process is going fron there side..

They are not giving me my refund and my money is wasting day by day on phone to take following my compain status...

Pls.help me with this matter.
