[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — The thing which is shown in the online was totally different the product which i got..

I am very disappointed with the services of askmebazaar. I had order a headphone name Limo beats and the order number was AB1211908. I got the order within 10-12 days from my order and when i just opened the packing i was shocked to see the product which was delivered to me(The thing which is shown in the online was totally different the product which i got..) which was really not expected from the company like this. At the same moment i called the delivery person that this not what i had paid for i don;t want this product kindly change it or refund my money and he said call the company directly for any kind of help because he cannot do anything in that and after that immediately i called your customer care number and i spoke to some lady and she said that i will not get my money refund back, i have to take that product only. Later on she said no issues we will take the parcel from you and refund the money back and after 15 days a guy came to me to pickup the order and he said within 07 days i will get my money bank in my account, although i had never provided by bank details, i requested them i don't want any refund you can give me some other product with the same fare but he said no you will get refund in your account and after a week when i called your company they said kindly provide us your bank account details so that we can immediately tranfer your money back in your account and the person whom i spoke to is some Mr. Rakesh or Rajesh and its been 15 days from that time i havn't got anything from your company i am chasing everyday speaking to your colleegues but no use they said i will be getting the refund by 07th of April'15, 10th April'15. But i didn't get any call or revert from your side and i spoke to some ladies aswell named neha and priyanka. They also said i wll get call within 24 hrs and moneywill be refunded very soon to my account but its 13th April'15 today and i havn't got anything from your company. Kindly just let me know will i be getting my moneyback or for whole life i have to trace you all. If yes then kindly give me a call on my number which is already register with my complain number i.e. QRC247127. If no then also atleast revert me. This was really very bad experience which i had from this company.
