This is to bring to your notice that, I had ordered for a belt online wherein the material mentioned was of leather. But to my utter surprise, I had received a rexine belt. I had tried calling the customer care number but the call was not answered. I had even marked a mail on 23rd Feb, 2015 for cancelling the order, but still the order was not cancelled. I would now want to return the product as I do not wish to avail it. Request you to kindly look into my compliant on priority and revert on the status at the earliest.
