Askmebus.com — Cheated by issuing a ticket without booking

I paid Rs. 1588 for a ticket from Bangalore to Kochi on 28th October 2016. I got the ticket in email as well as sms. But when i went to board the bus i came to know that the booking was not made. Later i came to know that this had happened to many people on the same day. I tried contacting the customer service as well as the payment gateway i used for the transaction, PayUMoney, but failed to get a response...

I reached the boarding point a 9:00 PM and waited for the 9:30 PM bus then called verma the bus operator and they said they have not got any bookings under my phone no or for the mentioned pnr.br...
