    I paid Rs. 1588 for a ticket from Bangalore to Kochi on 28th October 2016. I got the ticket in email as well as sms. But when i went to board the bus i came to know that the booking was not made. Later i came to know that this had happened to many people on the same day. I tried contacting the customer service as well as the payment gateway i used for the transaction, PayUMoney, but failed to get a response

      I had booked a ticket with ASKMEBUS with following details:

      ASKMEBUS mTicket -Mumbai To Indore
      J2CBSEQ
      Verma Travels
      SU5^SU6
      ASKB[protected]
      [protected] & 09:30 PM
      Rs.3604.93

      I reached the boarding point a 9:00 PM and waited for the 9:30 PM bus then called verma the bus operator and they said they have not got any bookings under my phone no or for the mentioned pnr.
      I had immediately mailed the support email id and got a problem ticket as:

      I also got a message the a full refund has been processed of amount 2966.94. This amount is incorrect as paid amount is 3604.93 . I emailed refund.[protected]@gmail.com in this regard.
      Till now no refund has been credited and no updates have been provided.

        I have booked the Bus Ticket from ASKMEBUS.COM. After one day i got a message from ASKMEBUS saying the ticket was cancelled and the amount will be credited in 5 days.Till now i have not received my money.I got to know that it was a fake sight.Even they didn't have any contact number and they are not replying to E-Mails.How should i recover my money...total 1300 money.

        I am calling bus driver he telling bus already full 5days how to book that tickets he asking like that.i m telling seat number this seats already book on 25th to other names. not your names like that.

            I have booked the ticket on Askmebus.com on 26th Oct, 2016 and I have received the ticket details to my email and phone saying it was confirmed. But while I boarded the bus, they said that the ticket was not booked on my name and not received any amount from askmebus.com. Please find the attached screenshot for ticket details and help me in lodging the complaint against askmebus.com.

            Am booked a ticket from Bangalore -Mumbai on 24th October Amount deduced but while i have reached the Travel Agency they refused the same and that ticket is booked by some other passenger from redbus.com
            So I cancelled the ticket they send me msg also that money will be refunded soon.
            Still I am not received the amount in my account.

            There is no contact in askmebus.com to contact their support, Kindly let me know when they will process my request and get my refund amount of Rs 650

                I booked a ticket through askmebus on 25/10/2016 03:20pm, indore to bhopal, 1/11/2015, charted speed pvt ltd, and i got mail from askmebus about confirmation of my booking (Pnr 3xdc98z, seat no. B1). I also received a sms for same on my mobile.

                On 28/10/2016 04:52pm, i received another sms on my mobile saying "we have processed a full refund of 373 it will reflect in 5 to 7 working days, sorry for the inconvenience. For refund status - refund. [protected]@gmail.com". This msg was surprise for me because i never requested to cancel my ticket.

                I immediately tried contacting askmebus team but nowhere their contact number is mentioned (Neither on ticket nor in msg, only emali ids were there). I did not have net accessibility that time, so i could not sent them mail that time. I immediately contacted charted speed pvt ltd and they confirmed that there is no ticket booking my name/mobile and the seat b1 is still vacated (Which was booked by me through askmebus). I immediately managed to book a seat for me directly through charted speed pvt ltd for my mentioned journey.

                I sent an email on 2/11/2016 to [protected]@askmebus.com, and refund. [protected]@gmail.com, i still have not received any replied and no money back. : (

                    I do agree, even my cash also gone after booking a ticket from Bangalore to thrissur in askmebus.com, Please do something against them.
                    Please refund my money I have booked a bus from Hyderabad to Mumbai DOJ 2/11/2016 which u have cancelled on 10/26/2016 by promising to refund my money with in 4-5 working days still I didn't get my money refund my money as soon as possible it's my hard earned money.
