I have ordered a one piece dress but received a wrong product. I want to return it but there is no response from the site. Please help me. There are responding for emails or phone nos .the phone no is always busy.this is a fraud online shopping website, i want to return the dress. Please help me

I have ordered Two cream flower printed western collection midi dress with order #[protected] . Want to return it back. But, not able to place return order. Site is not even allowing for return order option, its almost 10 days over after received the product, still the status shows as pending. And if i try to contact the given number, it's not in use. When I check in google review, Lots of comments in regarding this site faking the people. I have sent lot of mails to the customer care mail Id, but there is no response.

I have attached the ordered cream color dress and but i couldn't attach here the received worst red dress 2 no's as the in add image.

I want my money Rs. 1498 to be returned back. Please help me out.

I have ordered a dress for Rs 699/- about 14 days back. I have not received my item yet. And when I try to track my order it says my order I'd is wrong though I got the id and other details through an email. I sent 2 mails but no reply. Can anyone give me their contact no.

After seeing the add of this site on facebook, I was attracted by the floral dress.. I ordered it but I received a bad quality blue color frock... Which in any case I cannot use it nor I can present it to someone. I had put the complaint via email. I messaged in Facebook several times they deleted my comments in facebook and ultimately they blocked me... This is a fraud shopping site
