Hi..
I am Omprakash Tiwari Applied a loan from Aspire Home finance for 22 lakh but they provide me 18lakh without any Information and also added 1 lakh Insurance without my confirmation .they hire broker for cheating. reimbursement cheque (Loan amount cheque) directing handover to Builder without Inform me, and reaming 4 lakh I am not able to pay, and Builder never give Give before full payement, other hand they people told me rate of intrest ROI is below 10% but when Paper sing by me they charge 13.5 % . Staff never co-ordinate with Customer.this people did not inform me and cheque amount given to builder hand, i am also not received Insurance paper at all.
My Suggestion Never Go through with Aspire Home Finance for Housing Loan.
If Go people are facing alot of Problem.Forgot about Pradadhan Mantry Awas yojana.
