16 month completely but subsidy not come

Dear team,
I am arun mishra and taken loan from aspire in dec 2016. I regularly paying emi and all documents submitted for subsidy.
I want to know that when subsidy submitted and also informed me that when you upload/sent documents for subsidey. (Give date)
Please revert as soon as possible otherwise i will complain registered nhb & rbi and hfc and consumer cort
I already follow up with aspire team since last 15months but not giving proper answer and told me that nhb order is that not process any files for subsidey.
My loan ac no is lxnav[protected].

Really no response in company bad experience with us, don't pickup the phone any body may be receptionist are no there. Worst experience of home loan. These guys not even receives phone calls.
Not applicable for one star also

I am Omprakash Tiwari Applied a loan from Aspire Home finance for 22 lakh but they provide me 18lakh without any Information and also added 1 lakh Insurance without my confirmation .they hire broker for cheating. reimbursement cheque (Loan amount cheque) directing handover to Builder without Inform me, and reaming 4 lakh I am not able to pay, and Builder never give Give before full payement, other hand they people told...
