Hlo i'm kiran... I work in aspireework.com company they send me a message through whatsap and they told about the job that it's a bio data job and i have to complete 600bio data within 6days and their is no registration fee but, I have to sign the agreement that if I failed to this task they take legal action against me. so I thought it's a good work and I have to do because the pay was 21000 for 600 bio data. I accept all the agreement and I start my work within 2days I completed 300bio data suddenly my was blocked. they provide me a customer care no. and mail id also. so I call them almost 2, 3 times a day they told me they call me back and after 48hrs. my id should be unblock but they are fraud. My last submission date was 7th july2022. now they gave me a notice that they file a complain against me and I have to pay 1lakh50thousand and meet in court and also they gave me a option if I don't want to go court I have to pay 10'000rs to them.. so I provide customer care no. and also I provided their website id and whatsap no. of that lawyer who msg me and told me give the money to them.

Mr. Aditya of aspirejobz started calling me from the 1st week of june, 2016.
He told me that based upon my qualification & experience i have been shortlisted by 4 companies in dubai & abudhabi. I requested him time & again to email me the details of the companies who have shortlisted me for further process. However mr. Aditya told me that he will disclose/provide the names of the companies after i make online payment of rs.23800/-. I continued to avoid to make payment for 15 days - till 23rd of june, 2016. But unfortunately i fell pray to him & transfeed rs.20300 on 24th june, 2016 & rs.3500 on 13th july, 2017.
After the receipt of the payment mr. Aditya vanished from the communication by handing over my case to miss lavanya. Now lavanya told me that i have not yet shortlisted & she would help in providing 6 vacancies in 6 months.

I time & again told her & written several mails to lavanya that i have been getting hundreds of vacancies from gulf countries from various job portals like naukrigulf, job talent, bayt etc everyday. Then why did i make such a big amount but in vain.
I also visited their hyderabad office & met their representative mr. Abhishek. He told me that they have been refunding to suffered clients & will refund my amount after talking to their ceo/ owner mr. Saikrishna.
But after few days i got an email that they have mailed me vacant positions & unable to refund.
Kindly note that before making payment mr. Aditya neither disclosed the fact nor provided me the terms & conditions.
It is clearly a fraud & i must be compensated for above.
Kindly help me.
When one of the reputed job portal naukri.com is providing comprehensive & dependable service and providing unlimited vacancies with payment services around rs.8000/- why would have i gone for aspirejobz unless i am biased for such a false promise.

Based on several discussions, i paid us$250 on 15th october post which this lady suddenly became unresponsive to my inquiries and calls.
Several calls and emails have not been responded upon and i am still trying to get my refund, 2 years later.

I myself had taken the services as they speak quite professionally.

Be ware of this company, they obtained me bio from one of the job sites, they contacted me the person's name was Steve Williams could be a fake name.

Any how, since I am senior person, they offered me a job with a very good salary, then in order to obtain the job I was requested to pay US$ 1500.

Once​ I paid the amount, they offered irrelevant job, I am a director specialized in organization development in oil and gas and the job offered is a position to manage security staff.

Then after that offered two jobs, and they just disappeared. I communicated with their management but with no luck.

Dear All, I Avinash Mishra an indian working abroad and was looking to job change. Last week i got the below email from sandeep and he requested to pay USD 250/- as registration charges to process my job application for the below post. At first instance itself i told them that i dont have faith on those agencies who are charging from candidates. So i denied to make payment, next day i got called from Zahid who works this fraud company and he told me i am muslim and you can have trust on me. Then also i had denied to make payment. Finally both the bastered told me to make payment atleast USD 150, i said because you have taken your religion name so let me try to have faith on your religion and i paid INR 5000 to this fraud company in last week. The movement I made the payment and after that i was trying to call them on their landline, i could not got any reply, i send them email, no reply. Finally i decided to escalate this matter on this portal as well as other portals so that no body who are looking for job, suffer like i have got cheated. I am sorry to mentioned here but now i have lost faith on muslims also because some of the muslims are now not believable at all.

Please be careful with these types of cheaters. And also inform to all of your friends. So that none o[censored]s get into touch of these stupids.

I am a Chartered Accountant from India and also hold a CPA Degree from Australia. I was approached by a representative of the company by name Kiran during the month of February 2016. Below is the summarised version of the promises made:
a. Aspire Placement is a reputed Placement Services Company and operates only on very senior portfolios.
b. Aspire Placement works only on those job profiles which have been exclusively handed over directly from the company for hiring the right people.
c. Aspire does not approach the candidates for jobs already available in the public domain.
d. The company already has several jobs available that exactly match my profile and I will be provided with these profiles for acceptance once I sign up with Aspire and pay an amount o[censored]SD 500. The balance US Dollars 500 will be paid upon getting a placement.
e. If in case the company is not successful in providing me with relevant profiles or in getting a suitable position, the company will immediately refund the amount o[censored]SD 500 with no pre-conditions attached.
Upon persistent phone calls from Kiran stating that the positions were urgently required for hiring and requires my sign-up, I paid an amount o[censored]SD 500 through online transaction.
Once the payment was made, it became extremely difficult to reach Kiran and my phone calls to him was going unanswered. Finally, after two weeks, I got one very basic job description for a role that did not contain any relevant information. After two months of persistant follow ups with Kiran, I was introduced to a person called Madan who was apparently his manager. He gave me some false promises that the matters will be set right in the next 2 days. The next thing I know is that Madan had already left the company. I was then redirected to a Customer Relationship Manager Daisy who again took all the history from me and nothing was done from her end.
It has been over 8 months since I have paid the money o[censored]SD 500 and I have neither been provided any references for a job nor my money has been refunded. My calls to the company are not being answered either. I have not been provided with the email or phone numbers of any members of the management of the company to escalate my problem. Even the list of companies they have provided as their clients are false and not credible.

I am indian engineer working in saudi arabia. Just got a call from aspire placement. He assured me of getting a confirm job in qatar with american company. Later he demanded usd $ 1500 by credit card. I said i am in construction industry for past 19 years. Recruitment is free for any educated person only labours etc have to pay for theier visa and tickets. I am not a idot to shell out usd 1500 (Inr 105000) blindly. So guys beaware dont pay even 25 paisa to these bastards. They are all 420. I again recruitment is free for all educated persons. If you are looking for job abroad then first gain experience in india for 2-3 years. Then you can good free placement abroad. Dont pay any body.
