Javi system is a fraud company who treat you veryu sweet in intial days when you start your project and once you done 10 sites then they start showing their attitude. They have great policy to do business with others money. Even they dont give salary to their employee also. My name is deep kumar naskar. My employee id is 5019-t. The reason i'm complaining against my project manager (Hemant garg, employee number-3929). That i have completed my training period from 5th october, 2018 to 4th january 2019 as trainee engineer.. But he didnt provide me a permanent employer or payroll for this company.. Also when i submitted my expenses for travel after that he edited my original travel amount and decrease the amount.
What ever he told me i do the same thing. Now he is telling me u can give me a resignation letter and you dont have to work here.

Complaint
My salary is on hold for mar, april, may and august and i was declared absconding even after resignation wef 30th august. I am serving notice period in this company and after 20 days of serving notice, today i got to know that i am declared as absconded. I am working from home since 10th sep as doctor has suggested since i am not well. Seeking from help after posting here. I think this is happening because the company do not want to pay my salary of the previous months. These actions has been taken by a specific person dev punia ([protected]@javisystems.com) who is doing this because he doesn't act on facts rather his own logics.
Dev has already harrased me earlier in the office saying "you can't work". Other than that i was held responsible for a project which went off due to their poor management and client has provided very good feedback of mine. I am working with this company from past 3 years and no such problems were faced earlier and this is happening from past 7 months.

Resolution
I just want my salary, pf amount of the months (Mar, april, may, august and sep) that i have worked for. Also i want a relieving and experience letter from this company asap as i don't want to indulge more into this mess that they have created.
