Dear All,
I have been approached by Aspire World immigration representative Ms.Misthi in March 2017.
and informed me that I have a very good profile and they have a Job opportunity for me in Germany and the entire process will take 3 to 4 month for me to reach to Germany. She asked me to visit her office and I visited her office there she has been very polite and told me that I need to deposit Rs 35, 000/ which is refundable if I don't get the visa . she prepared the legal documents for me and it was such a big bundle of papers she asked me to sign on every page . Unfortunately, Without reading, I signed it as not being a legal
person we cannot read a many pages of documents and I gave them the cheque of Rs 35, 000/. She then handed over my Case to SONAM, the so-called my documentation Manager .
Sonam from Day one Till date misguided me and made false commitment to me . Initially, She told me it will take 45 days to submit all the documents and than she will process my case and take an appointment in German Embassy and get me a job in germany and entire process will take 3 to 4 months. I ran pillar to post to arrange all kind of Documents as per the checklist which she gave it to me and invested my money and hard work and submitted her all the certificates as per her checklist and than she told me that it will take one month for my appointment .but than In May she called me and said she is getting my appointment of 5th Octobober. It was first shock to me as initially, the commitment was 3 to 4 month and I am in Germany but now 7 months to get an appointment.
Sonam than kept no contact with me for 7 months and whenever I called up their office either she was on leave or she has a filling work so she cannot speak to me . I kept my patience and tried calling her as she also told lie to me that inbetween if some one will cancel his appointment she will take an early date for me which never happened.
Sonam also told me her team will help me in mock interview of Embassy and Trust me Friends Radhika called me over the phone to prepare me for Mock Interview and It was not less than a Mockery . She is preparing me over the phone with basic question only like tell me about youself ? Is they charge thousand of Money from their clients. Mock interview was shock to me.
I approached SONAM two days before my appointment on 3rd October 2017 I approached SONAM to collect my documents she said she will send my documents by post but I was worried . Hence, I went to collect it myself and she took 3 sets of documents from me intially but when asked she gave it to me only one set of documents and asked me to get photocopy 2 more sets . My whole day went in running to their office and getting photocpying the documents .What was the point to give 3 sets when I have to start getting it photocopy myself two more sets again . Since, I didnot receive my appointment letter for Embassy Interview so I asked her for the same .SONAM told me that she will download the same and send me over the email next days . Next Day on 4th October, I opened my emails and Sonam didnot send me any thing. I was worried so I wrote her an email but Sonam didnot reply to my emails . Than I called their office and I came to know that She is on leave . Now I did not know where to go so I requested their collegues to help me and they kept on telling that they are busy and later on they stopped taking my calls . I was more worried so I kept on calling on two land line number and made 54 calls non stop but no one picked my phone . So, I decided to go to their office and
literally bagged for my appointment letter and finally Payal gave but she ensured that I really remember her for the bad behaviour. When I came back and started preparing the documents than I saw many of documents were missing, It was big negligence from Sonam part and some how I checked and arranged those documents from my end . Next Day, I went German Embassy and on a First Counter they asked me show my degree and Embassy representative informed me that my degree is not valid in Germany as my Degree BSC in Hospitality Management is not recognized in Germany. She told me I must have checked before applyng .Sonam and Aspire Team, How Sad 9 month they wasted my money, time and efforts and shown me many dreams but didnot check my degree validity . Perhaps, They wanted to cheat me. Straight after the German Embassy, I went to Aspire office in Rajender Place and requested them to return my money but Sonam/Vijay and Ananya who harrassed me for morethan 4 hour and didnot return my money . Ananaya I donot know she is owner or Manager She threatened me that her father is friend of my Company Owner.
Dear Friends, I have been misguided and cheated Rs 35, 000 by Aspire World Immigration Consultancy Services . They are cheating innocent people like you and me and they have many female staff who will be very poilte until you end up loosing all your money, time and efforts .
