I paid rs. 45000 to the aspire world immigration consultancy services for job seeker visa, and for the job interviews. . They ensured me that within 3 months they will provide me with a good job in germany. They promised that they will mediate between me and the hiring authoritites abroad and will conduct interview for appropriate job designation. To my surprise i didn’t get even one call for any job interview. They kept fooling me around for about 3 months that vacancies are soon to be out & soon i will get calls for my interview. The consultancy created a fake gmail account with my name and sent my cv to hiring hotels. I was not acknowledged about this fake gmail account. No authorized mail was sent from any of their official mailing address rather my fake account was used. I could have done this myself. This is the first fraud which came to my notice. When i enquired about this i was told that it is the only procedure followed. For at least two months they kept lingering saying we are trying our best but the truth is no single effort was done from their side. I was mislead and when i realised that i'm being fooled by the consultancy it was too late. After the time period of my agreement was over i got very enraged & asked them what have they done in these 3 months, where are the proofs and if there is any mail sent from their official mailing address. At this one of the worker's named ms. Sonam, document manager, told me that they are sorry they were not able to provide me a suitable job in germany but they promise and guarantee that they will arrange an interview in some hotels of dubai. I agreed to this as i had no choice. I waited for about a week or two and again i was fooled no interview was conducted. They did conducted one interview in one restaurant (Pizza express) in dubai but that interview was for some office work not for the designation of chef. How misleading is that when i have 2 years experience of working as a chef in reputed hotel in india how am i supposed to settle for a designation that is poles apart from my field and when i paid the money for getting designated as a chef why this consultancy offered me with a job regarding office work. Trusting this consultancy wasted my whole year as i left my earlier job. The consulatancy is a big ffraud i doubt if they are authorized or not. Market is filled with lots and lots of such frfraudirms which take huge amounts of money in the name of giving placements abroad and many innocent people are mislead and cheated I plead to people who are in any way cheated by this consultancy to come forward, unite and file a writ petition against them so as to teach them a good lesson. Jun 01, 2019 Updated by pantgaurav0214 As per earlier complaint against Aspire World Immigration LLP, i want to update with their new activities, i lodged a complaint in consumer forum that this is happen with me and i want refund against it and same thing i conveyed to Aspire Immigration i send them them multiple emails and finally i got a call from Ms. Sonam Khurana that where we are not provided our services to you, she just rolled up their fake procedure from one place to another place and at last said that please give me some time so that we look into matter, and today she marked my case as a resolved case with below reply"The Company is not engaged in providing jobs, rather it provides services for the restricted purpose of preparation and submission of the application and interview training. The Company neither represented nor was it understood by the consumer that the Company guaranteed employment. The Company provided him the whole range of its services. The consumer had engaged the services of the Company initially for Germany. His CV, prepared in line with the requirements of the potential employers, was marketed to 400 prospective employers at Germany for 3 months, the entire period of contract, but no employer showed interest. Thereafter, on his request, entirely free of cost, the Company marketed his CV in Dubai. Overall, the CV was shared with 300 prospective employers. Out of the Company’s efforts, Pizza Express Dubai interviewed and selected him, but he refused to proceed. The Company fulfilled it’s obligations as per the engagement. Therefore, in spite of being aware that no refund is applicable or due to him, the consumer has made this baseless complaint which is liable to be rejected forthwith Date :[protected]:11:47" Now i will answer their all points in the court.
