Assam Power Distribution Company Limited — Huge corruption took place in my bill amount

Sir,
with due respect and humbly submission I beg to state that I am a customer of APDCL.my consumer ID is[protected].My bill amount shows RS - 3666 and my bill due date is - 18/06/2020.Today i paid my bill amount of Rs -3666 but office stuff did not give my bill paid receipt and also they collected Rs -334 extra from me.At that time i spoke my problem to the S.D.O . of this branch but he didn't said anything about my problem on the contrary he slung me and said me some abusive language.His abusive language hurt my prestige and they took place corruption in bill amount.I have a question to APDCL who will return my excess amount and who will give me my bill paid receipt ?So i kindly request to investigate my problem and give me justice.
