This is to report about Fraudulent Recruiting company called Assistocareer.com.

They first call to inquire about whether a person is looking for a job opening and then when person gives and affirmative answer, the caller suggests you talk to expert & then HR person( Aman Shrivastav) by transferring the call and when you get convinced of the job openings and opportunity, they ask you to pay small amount then the hr person leads the conversation stage by stage to compel the person into paying larger and larger amounts for at least 8 times saying that its essential for number of secret ids stage by stage. during the time the calls get transferred to different people like, Accounts, HR, Domain Expert and finally the so called domain/Region hr head tells you to create more ids by paying repeatedly saying that you are already selected and interview/ induction call will be arranged the next day where in you need to the speaking and confirming different id that were told during the entire so called registration process ( paid a total of INR 123650/- )

I had gone through all the process and on the next day when i had told them due to my commitment another corporate explaining my position clearly, I requested them to drop the entire process. I had been convincingly told that it will be ok and I just need to speak to the Domain HR head( the call is transferred to another person called Kabir Agnihotri). after a long debate and heated discussion of convincing each other, the call is disconnected. Later I again called up the HR person Aman shrivastav, who assured me that the Domain head had already talked about returning the amount, but he will come back to me later. Later again he called and convincingly told me that the refund will be arranged, but I need to further pay some more charges which were substantial (INR 30000/-) to create refund ID, after this was paid, once again he told me I need to pay another amount for necessary process ( INR 27500/-). After I had paid this too, I was told clearly that my refund will be made next day positively and when I enquired, again he Very convincingly told that no more money need to be paid and assured that my Refund will be processed today(23.11.2018) by 11 am. But today, when i didn't get any call or refund started calling the HR person Aman Shrivastav, on his contact mobile for number of times. Once he told me that he was at AIIMS and will call later. when the didn't come, I called him on his contact number. I was told, he just reached office and will call back, later when I called he told me that he will call back as he was in meeting. Towards late evening he called me and asked me to get ready with the email iD and the payment page. when I started asking why again, he said he will call back again in 5 mins repeatedly and rang off.
The entire episode was happening since 19th Nov 2018. Since I am being dodged repeatedly, I came to understand by last call few minutes ago that I have fallen prey to a fraudulent group of persons or company & have been cheated and cheated by huge amount of INR 183000/- so far in the entire episode, by fraudulent (.com) by most sophisticatedly oraganized & operated system & gang of learned persons who thoroughly understand emotional weaknesses and mind set of job seekers of any age / experience.

I request the concerned authorities to pl look into the modus operandi to investigate the fraud and help me recover my financial loss immediately. My experience had been very frustrating, traumatic with which I am subjected to severe psychological ordeal & loss of huge amount of money that could have supported my children's education and upbringing in a big way. Being a very conservative mediocre family, We cannot comprehend with the fact of being cheated of huge amount & financial loss. i once again request the concerned authorities to take up the issue & sympathetically help me with refunding of money that was paid promptly for a non existent due to much needed family supporting job opportunity.
Although I had written to the company for the refund immediately, there is no concrete action except for the above illustrated response
